TEAM MODE = MATH + GAMES + COLLABORATION

Team Mode provides peer-to-peer activities designed to deeply engage students working together towards a common goal. It makes math class communal and joyful. At the heart of this energy are discussions about math – students justifying their reasoning, explaining their approach, and collaborating on their responses.

HOW TEAM MODE WORKS

GROUP YOUR STUDENTS

Create groups of students, either in real-time or ahead of time
Make teams of 2 to 8 students.
We think 3-4 is the sweet spot.
Choose teams yourself, let your students choose, or randomly choose

SOLO MODE

Tasks start with SOLO time then transition to TEAM time

LEADERBOARD

Watch the explosions of excitement when you show the animated leaderboard

TIE BREAKERS

Use great work on the scratchpad – right or wrong – to determine tie breakers

MATH GAME

Students practice math facts while they wait for other students to finish

ESCAPE ROOM = PUZZLES + ADVENTURE + CRAZY FUN

Our themed Escape Rooms are a great group activity for 2-10 students. In order to advance the narrative, students solve a series of puzzles to unlock the next clue and eventually solve the mystery. The escape rooms are designed for ages 8-14, and include engaging themes including spies, pirates, wizards, and more.

These escape rooms are engaging for all students. No one gets left behind! I love that there are different levels of puzzles so I can differentiate for any student regardless of their skills. All students work together and have fun solving logic puzzles! I love using them on block days in class and the kids are always excited too!
